Relighting the Fire Within
Burnout is not the absence of fire, it is a fire that has been asked to burn without fuel for too long. This day is about fuel, airflow and what you have been feeding.
The day itself
We open barefoot on the earth, grounding first, because nothing relights on a body that is still braced. Slow movement, breath, and a long stretch of quiet with the sea in earshot.
The middle of the day is honest work in a small circle. What lit you once. What put it out. What you have quietly agreed to live without. Written, spoken if you want it spoken.
The afternoon belongs to the fire itself. You build it, you feed it, you eat from it. We finish with one commitment each, small enough to actually keep, spoken into the flame.
